The Republic of Indonesia's Investor Relations Unit (IRU) was established in 2005 as a collaboration between the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, and Bank Indonesia. Currently, the IRU also includes the Ministry of Investment and Downstream/Investment Coordinating Board, the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Statistics Indonesia, and the Financial Services Authority.
The IRU aims to enhance the coordination between the government, the central bank, and other agencies to communicate Indonesia's economic performance and policies to investors and address investors' concerns.
As an integral part of its communication channels, the IRU maintains a website on the official Bank Indonesia website that can be accessed through ( https://www.bi.go.id/id/iru/ ).
